The well known Sushi Train restaurants in Sydney were desperate to revitalise their outdated logo.
The client’s main design requirements were to keep the elements of the previous logo; Sushi Train name, sushi, train and train tracks and rounded shape.
I achieved this by subtly forming a
train shape from sleek and modern
design elements, that were inspired by
traditional Japanese symbols – such as
the commonly associated red circle.
The simpler colour pallet offers a contrast design that stands out and is more aesthetically pleasing.
